1. Consultation
We chat about what you’re interested in commissioning, to determine the price and to make sure it’s something I am willing to do (you can check my Won’t Draw list to save time). I’m generally quite flexible, but I reserve the right to decline.
 

2. Contract
I will provide you with a short document where you can fill out the details of your commission, including my terms and conditions and a 6-digit code to attach to your payment transaction. You are free to back out at this stage, no worries.
 

3. Payment
I will begin working on the commission once I receive upfront payment in full via Paypal or Ko-Fi. Refunds will only be issued within the first 48 hours of payment.
 

4. Updates
I will send an initial sketch to you to provide an idea of the final product for you to approve. This is your opportunity for any major changes without being charged an additional fee; e.g. poses, outfits, expressions, anything that would take longer than 5 minutes to adjust. This process will repeat for each stage of the higher tiered commissions to make sure you like what you’re getting <3
 

5. Delivery
When completed, I will send you a link to a Google Drive folder which will contain the high resolution PNGs (with and without my watermark) and an unedited canvas timelapse. You may post it to your profile and tag me. I will also be posting it to my own channels.
 

6. Changes
If you want to tweak anything at this stage, it will be free if it takes less than 10 min. Any longer and it will cost an additional $10 per 30 min.
