Terms and Conditions
Under Australian Copyright Law, all original artworks by me are automatically protected when I begin creating it. This means that I fully own each work, and it cannot be claimed by others and resold. It allows me the right to post my art across platforms, in my portfolio, to print or anything else I choose.
When commissioned, I am only claiming the right to the specific artwork I have made for you and to post it where I choose. I cannot own the concept you provided or people in references or names and things like that.
By commissioning me, you are also allowed to post the artwork and use it to your own wishes, provided that you credit me and do not remove my signature, do not have it altered nor put it through machine learning or similar platforms in any way. You may print out an artwork if you choose, but it is not a service I currently provide so it must be arranged by yourself (I’d love for you to tag me though so I can see it 👀!).
If interested in commissioning, contact me and we will chat about what you are interested in and we will move forward once I have accepted. In the event that I don’t accept your commission, it is probably because I am uncomfortable with the idea or it is not feasible. To save time, here is a rough list of things I would decline, but understand that it is not limited to this and will depend on case by case, which is why you will consult me before we finalise payment.

I will be receiving payment via Paypal or Ko-Fi and, to distinguish between general tips and commission payments, I will send you a 6-digit code you can attach to the payment so I can keep track.
I will not begin working on the artwork until I have received the agreed payment upfront in full. Changes to artwork after final delivery will require additional costs.
Refunds only available within the first 48 hours after payment.
